Just for today, I will consider myself fortunate, any thought that wants to pose a problem for me, I will set aside,  any action taken by another that is perceived as mean or unthoughtful, I will, also, set aside, I will not allow anything or any person to affect me in any negative way.....because, I am fortunate....Just for today, since we can only live one day at a time....
